Summary

A small middleware application built to bridge two HR systems with different data formats.

The existing timesheet workflow produced Excel files in one system's format. I built a process that receives the exported timesheet data, transforms it, and produces the format required by the receiving HR system.

The goal was to remove the need for users to manually reformat and reconcile the data between the two systems.

My Role

I designed and built the middleware and handled the deployment to the client's environment.

After completing the project, I also conducted user training and created documentation to help the client's staff use and maintain the workflow.
