Summary

An AI-powered clinic booking system that allows patients to start a conversation through WhatsApp and complete an appointment booking without requiring a receptionist to manually enter the booking.

The workflow connects WhatsApp messaging with an AI conversation flow, availability checking, and the clinic's booking system. Once the required information is collected, the appointment is created and becomes available in the administrative dashboard for staff to review.

The project was built around a simple business workflow: turn an incoming customer conversation into a structured booking while keeping the existing staff workflow intact.

My Role

I designed and built the booking workflow end to end, including the Laravel application, booking and availability logic, WhatsApp integration, AI conversation flow, API integration, and Filament administration interface.

I also handled the integration between the conversational interface and the existing booking system so that bookings created through WhatsApp could be managed alongside manually created appointments.
