Summary

Qard Codes is a SaaS product for creating and managing QR codes.

The goal was to make QR code creation useful beyond simply generating an image, with features for managing codes, destinations, and reusable QR-based content.

I designed and built the application as a product rather than as a one-off client project, including the application architecture, administration interface, subscription model, and supporting infrastructure.

The project also explored the practical side of running a SaaS product: pricing, subscriptions, product limits, onboarding, and maintaining a simple experience for users.

My Role

I handled the product development end to end, including application development, architecture, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
