Summary

ReplyToChat is an AI sales assistant designed to help businesses handle customer conversations through messaging channels such as WhatsApp and Messenger.

The platform connects incoming conversations to AI-powered responses, allowing businesses to automate common questions, identify sales or booking intent, and hand conversations into the appropriate workflow.

I built the platform to move beyond simple chatbot responses and toward practical business automation, where an AI conversation can eventually result in an action such as capturing a lead or creating a booking.

My Role

I designed and built the application end to end, including the application architecture, AI conversation flows, messaging integrations, booking workflows, administration interface, and deployment.

The project also involved working through the practical requirements of connecting AI to real business processes, including WhatsApp integration, webhook handling, conversation state, and reliable booking creation.
